We use a program called Teamviewer to provide us with access to your local machine, which allows us to resolve small issues quickly and efficiently without the need for long telephone conversations and complicated 2nd hand instructions.
If you do not already have the Teamviewer program installed on your computer, use the link on the left to download it and follow the instructions below to run the program.
- - Download program to your local machine
- - Double click program to run
- - Your computers ID will be added to our management console
- - Let us know your 4 digit password (no one else can access your machine without this)
- - Once connected, we directly control your computer so you will see your mouse moving
